Matthew previously held positions as CUO at GCube Underwriting Limited and was also the founder and Global Head of Renewable Energy at Axis. When Matthew is not obsessing about Insurance, you can find him enjoying himself with his family on the ski slopes or trying to relax in the sunshine.

Garrod has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 10 years having formerly worked in the legal profession. Garrod has extensive direct and reinsurance knowledge and has worked on Renewable Energy business throughout his career. Outside of work, Garrod has a huge passion for windsurfing and whilst no longer competing at the highest level, loves to travel anywhere that the wind is blowing.

Scott opened the London office for PERse and was tasked with building market relationships and creating a solid London presence. Denchy, as he is more affectionately known, likes to be active and tears up his local football pitches whenever he can!

Outside of work, Roger can be found riding his bike around New York or constantly redesigning the lake house he wants to build in the Catskills.
